Our typical client is BUSY and needs to work with a full-service builder to make the building process manageable and easy for them. Others have always wanted to get more involved by completing their new home after it is set on the foundation. "Full Service" is overwhelmingly the most popular choice for our clients when building their new dream home. However, for a select few, "Finished By Owner" fits their needs best. Which is right for you?

  Our Process: Award-Winning Floor Plan Design ➣ Select Your Finishes at the Connecticut Valley Homes Design Center ➣ Off-Site Precision Construction ➢ Your Dream Home is Delivered...

  ... then, our crane will take the modules from the carrier and place them on the foundation. Next, our experienced crews seal and weather-tight your home typically within 24 hours. For most of our clients, this is when the talented Connecticut Valley Homes Finishing Crews take over. The final step for our "Full Service" clients is moving in and making new memories with family and friends.

  The initial process is the same for our "Finish By Owner" clients. After your new home is set on the foundation and made weather-tight, you take over the work typically done by the Connecticut Valley Homes crews. At this point, your home is approximately 85% complete, so you have added control of your building project compared to "stick-building. Before deciding to finish your new home, we encourage you to visit one of our just set houses to see the scope of work involved. Our team will clearly explain the details and responsibilities involved with the interior and exterior finishing process. "Finishing By Owner" isn't for everyone, but it is just right for some.
