Most consultations last 30–60 minutes and are tailored to your needs, whether you’re just exploring or ready to dive into details.

What to Bring

No preparation is required, but bringing a few key things can help you get even more out of your meeting:

✅ Land information (if you own property) – A survey or site plan can be especially helpful if your lot is coastal, small, or has unique features.

✅ Design ideas – Browsing our Floor Plans before your visit can help you identify styles, sizes, and features you like. Even if you’re not set on a plan, noting what catches your eye can be useful.

✅ A list of questions – We cover a lot of information, so jotting down any questions ahead of time ensures you don’t forget anything important.

✅ A general budget range – Even if you’re unsure, it’s helpful to start thinking about what’s comfortable for you. Some people find it useful to speak with a lender about construction loan options beforehand.
