Maybe on Beth's next build, she would consider offsite construction to build a home.
The site work is done while the home is being built in a controlled factory environment. In my experience, the result is a more predictable / shorter build cycle with fewer unexpected costs.
This also soothes some of those emotional ups and downs of the entire home building process.
