We begin with a free consultation over the phone, via Zoom, or in person at one of our offices. During this meeting, you will meet your Building Consultant and share your vision for your new home. Together, we will evaluate if building a home with our company is a good fit for you. Our emphasis on open and effective communication helps set the foundation for a successful project.

Use one of our existing floor plans as a starting point, or design a custom plan with our in-house architect and drafting team. Our Design-Build process saves you time compared to the typical design, bid, and build process. Once you’ve finished the home design, we provide transparent, line-itemized pricing. Our expertise in construction costs helps ensure your design aligns with your budget, creating a home that meets your needs and financial expectations.

In our Design Center, you'll choose your finishes with the guidance of our Interior Designer, helping you create a home that reflects your unique personality and taste. We will engineer your blueprints and provide the stamped plans needed for your building permit application. If you need to secure financing, you can rest assured knowing that after signing your release paperwork, your pricing will be maintained with minimal allowances, ensuring a smooth transition into the building phase.

While the site is prepared and the foundation installed, your energy-efficient home is built off-site in an indoor, controlled environment using innovative modular technology. This method saves time and results in a quieter, less disruptive construction process for the environment and your neighborhood. We deliver and assemble the home on your foundation, typically making it weather-tight within 24 hours. This efficient approach means you will see your dream home take shape quickly and with minimal hassle, allowing you to enjoy your new home sooner.

Our finishing crew will take care of the final touches on your home, including any contracted porch, deck, or garage, under the supervision of our Project Manager. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC contractors will coordinate their work to complete your new home. We conduct a thorough quality assurance check before you move in and schedule a one-year follow-up service to ensure your continued comfort. With our 10-year Manufacturer’s warranty, along with all additional material and mechanical warranties, your investment is safeguarded for years to come.
