“I purchased an oversized cape from Connecticut Valley Homes. My wife and I decided on your company after a great deal of research into modular homes. I wanted to tell you that at the time it was a pleasure doing business with your company and your employees. Eight years and three children later we are still very pleased with our decision to use C.V.H.

The main reason for this letter however is as follows. A few weeks ago, we had a small twister run through our neighborhood during the recent bout of sever thunderstorms. I incurred some small damage to our house. A section of fascia was torn off from the peak to the mid-point of the roof. After looking to no avail for a matching piece to affect the repair, I decided to try what I thought was a long shot and called your organization. I spoke to Walt about my problem and asked him where I could obtain this style of siding. Incidentally, Walt was the foreman on my project. He told me that I was in luck. You were installing a house in my area and a crew would be there on Saturday the 6th. I inquired as to the cost of the piece and was informed that I could pick up the piece I needed at no cost from Jerry or Bob.

First I wanted to thank you for your generous assistance so long after the sale. I was at the time of construction and still am amazed with your commitment to customer satisfaction.
