The Derby

The Derby features a 24 x 12 great room with optional fireplace and deck. The super kitchen with island, two pantries and raised bar open to the great room adjoins a powder room, mudroom and laundry, all accessible from the optional garage. Two more bedrooms and full bath are on the second floor.
