Everyday, somebody new discovers Connecticut Valley Homes. We have been building modular homes exclusively since 1981 and those 1400+ cherished customers send many referrals our way. Yet each day someone entirely new walks through the front door of one of our Model Homes and immediately senses the comfort, beauty and quality they exemplify.
There is no pressure at Connecticut Valley Homes and no nonsense. Some folks love to visit because they are able to look around at their own pace, and in the words of countless visitors, "No one ever bothered us...We were able to look as long as we liked...There was never any pressure to do anything."
Others, perhaps a bit further along in the decision process, wish to pursue more technical information on design, the process of building and pricing. For them, the answers are only a question away.
In the beginning, our personal challenge was to take a good idea - building homes systematically, indoors, in a controlled environment - and make it a great one. To make the blueprint process easy, we offer a large selection of modifiable, award winning floor plans and also created a process where we can design totally custom plans with our customers at no added cost. We've created a Model Home Center to demonstrate the quality of work our customers can expect in their own homes. For convenience and ease, complete interior and exterior finish material selections can all be made at our Model Home Center.
Building a new home is not for everyone. However, for others, it can be the only way to realize their dreams. Making the dream easy and pleasant from inception to creation is the responsibility of honest professionals. We have taken great care at Connecticut Valley Homes to meld an information distribution system to a controlled construction process. The result is informed customers building high quality homes with no unhappy surprises. For about 45 special families each year the reward is a home to love and an experience to remember fondly.
