About Connecticut Valley Modular Homes

We believe that beautiful homes begin with customers who want to love the home in which they live … customers who don’t want to settle for a pre-owned house that doesn’t fit their needs or taste. Our philosophy for well over 30 years has been to "build a well designed, quality constructed house that is a joy to live in" ... A house that our customers are proud to call Home.

Founded by Catherine Taylor in 1981, Connecticut Valley Homes builds custom designed modular homes for customers who either already own their building lot or plan to start looking for one. Over 34 years ago, we switched from traditional site built construction to state-of-the-art modular construction because it offers customers...

  • A better-built home, one constructed with exacting precision in an optimal, climate controlled environment.
  • More control over the building process, with the systemic advantage of assembly line construction; no weather delays, conflicts with subcontractors, theft or vandalism.
  • The terrific advantage of reviewing every detail of the home and finalizing the total cost of the build prior to swinging one single hammer.

We are known for simplifying the building process. Our dedicated team will guide you through floor plan selection and design, color and material selections, construction and move-in. Our transparent project management process keeps you informed and allows you to be as involved as you would like to be.

Our goal is to develop a relationship that lasts well beyond the completion of the home. We work hard to earn customers for life through quality communication, craftsmanship, and a customer experience that is informed, pleasant, and above all, successful. Your custom modular home from Connecticut Valley Homes is designed and built for you; it is an expression of your lifestyle, your taste, your vision. The end result is a home to love and enjoy. We’re ready to answer any questions you might have about the Connecticut Valley Homes process.
